Abstract:	Internal talent marketplaces have emerged as strategic human resource management tools for enhancing organizational agility and reducing employee turnover. This quantitative research investigates the relationship between internal talent marketplace implementation, organizational agility, and employee retention through empirical data collection from 312 organizations across multiple sectors.
